Seattle Geothermal provides geothermal heat pump installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential and commercial properties in Seattle. Services include ground loop installation, indoor unit setup, system inspection, and ongoing support.
You must provide accurate property information and site access for assessment and installation. You are responsible for obtaining any required property owner permissions before scheduling work. Payment terms will be outlined in your service quote.
All work is performed by IGSHPA-certified professionals. Service quotes cover ground loop installation, indoor unit, and permit coordination as specified. We size systems for Seattle climate conditions based on your property assessment.
We do not guarantee specific energy savings percentages, as actual performance depends on property characteristics, usage patterns, and utility rates. Rebate and tax credit eligibility is subject to federal and local program requirements at time of installation.
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost savings, or consequential losses. Ground loop warranties and equipment manufacturer guarantees are separate from our service agreement.
