Scope of Service
Seattle Geothermal operates a coordination service. Work is completed by independent local geothermal heat pump professionals in and around Seattle. We review your request and arrange for a suitable IGSHPA-certified professional to contact you with a quote and availability.
We do not directly install, repair, or maintain geothermal systems. We do not employ the professionals who perform the work.
User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when submitting service requests. You are responsible for evaluating quotes and entering into agreements directly with the professional who contacts you.
You must comply with all applicable laws when using this site.
No Guarantee of Service
We arrange introductions to independent professionals. We do not guarantee that a professional will accept your request, provide a quote, or complete work to your satisfaction.
All service agreements, pricing, timelines, and warranties are between you and the professional. We are not a party to those agreements.
Referral Fees
We may receive referral fees from professionals when work is completed. This does not affect the price you pay.
Limitation of Liability
Seattle Geothermal is not liable for the acts, omissions, or performance of independent professionals. We are not liable for property damage, personal injury, or financial loss arising from services arranged through this site.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, and design, is owned by Seattle Geothermal or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in King County, Washington.
